Welcome to Williams Property Solutions. By scheduling a service, requesting an estimate, booking a rental, submitting payment, completing an inquiry form, or otherwise engaging our services, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

Services

Williams Property Solutions provides a variety of property maintenance and improvement services, including but not limited to pressure washing, lawn care, roof cleaning, gutter cleaning, window cleaning, tree removal, fence and deck construction, bounce house rentals, and related services.

Not all services may be listed on our website. Service availability may vary based on location, scheduling availability, weather conditions, equipment availability, and project requirements.

Estimates & Pricing

All estimates are based on the information available at the time of quoting. Pricing may vary depending on property size, accessibility, project complexity, site conditions, materials, labor requirements, equipment needs, and the overall scope of work.

Quotes are subject to revision if conditions differ from those originally disclosed or observed. Williams Property Solutions reserves the right to modify pricing at any time prior to the commencement of work.

Scheduling & Appointments

Appointments are scheduled based on availability. While we make every effort to arrive within the scheduled timeframe, exact arrival times cannot be guaranteed due to weather, traffic, equipment issues, prior job delays, emergencies, or circumstances beyond our control.

Williams Property Solutions reserves the right to reschedule appointments when necessary.

Customer Communication

Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact information and maintaining timely communication throughout the scheduling and service process.

Failure to respond to phone calls, text messages, emails, appointment confirmations, estimate requests, scheduling updates, or other communications may result in service delays, appointment cancellation, or forfeiture of reserved scheduling.

Williams Property Solutions is not responsible for delays resulting from a customer's failure to communicate in a timely manner.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate project information and ensuring the property is prepared for service. This includes securing pets, removing personal belongings from work areas, providing access to water and utilities when necessary, and ensuring safe access to the property during the scheduled service window.

Williams Property Solutions shall not be responsible for delays, additional costs, or the inability to complete services resulting from a customer's failure to prepare the property or provide access as required.

Property Access

The customer is responsible for ensuring safe and reasonable access to the property during the scheduled service window.

If gates are locked, animals are unsecured, utilities are unavailable, work areas are inaccessible, vehicles obstruct access, or other conditions prevent completion of the service, additional charges may apply.

If access cannot be obtained at the scheduled appointment time, the appointment may be canceled or rescheduled at the Company's discretion.

Property Condition & Pre-Existing Damage

Williams Property Solutions is not responsible for damage resulting from pre-existing conditions, normal wear and tear, improper installation, age-related deterioration, defective materials, loose siding, loose roofing materials, cracked concrete, deteriorated wood, damaged gutters, faulty paint, existing structural issues, landscaping defects, underground utilities, or other conditions that may not be visible prior to service.

Customers are responsible for informing Williams Property Solutions of any known property defects, hazards, or areas of concern before work begins.

Underground Utilities

Customers are responsible for identifying and disclosing any known underground utilities, irrigation systems, drainage systems, septic systems, invisible fences, cables, wires, or other buried structures prior to service.

Williams Property Solutions shall not be responsible for damage to underground systems that were not properly identified or disclosed before work begins.

Weather Conditions

Many services provided by Williams Property Solutions are weather dependent.

Services may be postponed, delayed, interrupted, or rescheduled due to rain, lightning, high winds, flooding, severe weather conditions, unsafe job site conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Weather-related delays do not constitute a breach of service and do not qualify for refunds.

Lawn Care Services

Williams Property Solutions does not guarantee specific lawn growth, weed elimination, color improvement, pest control results, or other outcomes affected by weather conditions, soil conditions, irrigation practices, property maintenance, property usage, or factors beyond our control.

Payments

Payment is due according to the terms provided on the estimate, invoice, rental agreement, or booking page.

Failure to submit payment when due may result in service delays, cancellation of future appointments, collection efforts, additional fees, suspension of future services, or legal action where permitted by law.

Williams Property Solutions reserves the right to require deposits for certain services, projects, rentals, or appointments.

Refunds, Cancellations & Rescheduling

All sales are final.

Williams Property Solutions does not provide refunds for completed services, deposits, reserved appointments, rental reservations, labor, materials, travel expenses, or project-related costs.

Customers may request to reschedule services subject to availability. Weather-related rescheduling does not qualify for a refund.

Bounce house rental reservations are considered final and are subject to the same no-refund policy.

Payment Disputes

Customers agree to contact Williams Property Solutions directly regarding any billing questions, concerns, or service disputes before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

Any chargeback, payment reversal, or dispute filed for services rendered, deposits paid, rental reservations, approved estimates, or work completed in accordance with these Terms may be challenged using applicable documentation, including invoices, estimates, service records, photographs, videos, communication records, GPS records, and proof of payment.

Williams Property Solutions reserves the right to pursue recovery of any unpaid balances, chargeback fees, collection costs, legal fees, court costs, and other expenses incurred as a result of a fraudulent or bad-faith payment dispute.

Bounce House Rentals

The customer is responsible for supervising all participants using rental equipment.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that an adult is present during delivery and setup and that the installation area is clear of obstacles, debris, pet waste, vehicles, and other hazards.

Williams Property Solutions is not responsible for injuries, accidents, property damage, misuse, unsupervised activity, weather-related incidents, failure to follow safety guidelines, or use of equipment contrary to provided instructions.

The customer assumes responsibility for the equipment during the rental period and may be held responsible for damage caused by negligence, misuse, vandalism, theft, unauthorized relocation, prohibited use, or failure to follow provided instructions.

Service Satisfaction

Customer satisfaction is important to us.

Any concerns regarding completed work must be reported in writing within twenty-four (24) hours of service completion. Failure to provide written notice within this timeframe shall constitute acceptance of the completed service.

Williams Property Solutions reserves the right to inspect the work and determine whether corrective action is appropriate.

If corrective action is approved, such corrective action shall be the customer's sole remedy. Refunds will not be issued.

Photography, Video & Marketing Authorization

Williams Property Solutions reserves the right to photograph or video completed projects, work areas, equipment, and property conditions before, during, and after service.

Such photographs and videos may be used for documentation, quality control, training, marketing, advertising, social media, website content, promotional materials, before-and-after comparisons, portfolio displays, and other business-related purposes.

By utilizing our services, customers grant Williams Property Solutions permission to use photographs and videos of completed work for business, marketing, and promotional purposes, provided no personal identifying information is disclosed without consent.

Service Area & Travel Fees

Service availability may vary based on location. Properties located outside Williams Property Solutions' standard service area may be subject to additional travel fees. Any applicable fees will be disclosed prior to scheduling.

Independent Contractors & Subcontractors

Williams Property Solutions reserves the right to utilize employees, independent contractors, subcontractors, or third-party service providers to perform or assist in performing services. All work performed by such parties shall remain subject to these Terms of Service.

Right to Refuse Service

Williams Property Solutions reserves the right to refuse, postpone, discontinue, or cancel service at any time due to unsafe conditions, property hazards, customer misconduct, inaccessible work areas, inaccurate project information, non-payment, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Force Majeure

Williams Property Solutions shall not be liable for any delay, interruption, cancellation, or inability to perform services due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, utility outages, equipment failures, labor shortages, supplier delays, government actions, public emergencies, acts of God, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Limitation of Liability

Williams Property Solutions shall not be liable for delays, interruptions, damages, losses, or failures to perform resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Williams Property Solutions' total liability arising from any claim, dispute, or service provided shall be limited to the amount paid by the customer for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Mississippi, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Website Information

While we strive to keep all website content accurate and up to date, service descriptions, pricing, photographs, availability, promotions, and other information may change without notice.

Williams Property Solutions does not guarantee that all information displayed on the website is current, complete, accurate, or error-free at all times.

Changes to Terms

Williams Property Solutions reserves the right to modify, update, revise, replace, or discontinue any portion of these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice.

Any changes become effective immediately upon publication on this website. Continued use of our services, website, rentals, estimates, bookings, payments, or inquiries constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms of Service.
