Refund Policy
At Williams Property Solutions, all sales are final. Due to the time, labor, scheduling commitments, equipment usage, materials, and resources required to perform our services, we do not provide refunds for completed services, scheduled services, deposits, bounce house rental reservations, labor, materials, travel expenses, equipment usage, consultation fees, administrative costs, customer cancellations, or weather-related delays and rescheduling.
Weather Delays & Rescheduling
Many of our services are dependent upon weather conditions and other factors beyond our control. If a service or rental must be postponed due to rain, severe weather, unsafe site conditions, or similar circumstances, Williams Property Solutions reserves the right to reschedule the appointment to the next available date. Weather-related delays, interruptions, or rescheduling do not qualify for a refund.
Deposits
All deposits are non-refundable. Deposits are collected to secure scheduling, labor, equipment, materials, and administrative resources associated with a project, service, or rental reservation and are therefore non-refundable.
Bounce House Rentals
Bounce house rental reservations are considered final and are subject to this same no-refund policy. Weather-related rescheduling does not qualify for a refund.
If unsafe weather conditions prevent a rental from taking place, Williams Property Solutions may offer a rescheduled date based on availability. If a rescheduled date is offered and declined, no refund will be issued.
Service Satisfaction
Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you have concerns regarding a completed service, written notice must be provided within twenty-four (24) hours of service completion. Failure to provide written notice within this timeframe shall constitute acceptance of the completed service.
Williams Property Solutions reserves the right to inspect the work performed and determine whether corrective action is appropriate. If corrective action is approved, such corrective action shall be the customer's sole remedy. Refunds will not be issued.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Customers are encouraged to contact Williams Property Solutions directly regarding any billing questions, concerns, or service disputes before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
Williams Property Solutions reserves the right to challenge any chargeback, payment reversal, or dispute using applicable documentation, including invoices, estimates, service records, photographs, videos, communication records, GPS records, and proof of payment. The Company further reserves the right to pursue recovery of any unpaid balances, chargeback fees, collection costs, legal fees, court costs, and other expenses incurred as a result of a fraudulent or bad-faith payment dispute.
Relationship to Terms of Service
This Refund, Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy is incorporated into and forms part of the Williams Property Solutions Terms of Service. By scheduling a service, booking a rental, requesting an estimate, submitting payment, or otherwise engaging Williams Property Solutions, you acknowledge and agree to both policies.
Policy Updates
Williams Property Solutions reserves the right to modify, update, revise, replace, or discontinue this Refund, Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes become effective immediately upon publication on our website. Continued use of our services, website, rentals, estimates, bookings, payments, or inquiries constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
